Who we are
Sweet Homes is a joint venture between Spry LLC and Goliath Multi Media LLC. Both companies are jointly responsible for the personal information described in this policy. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean both companies together.

What this policy covers
This policy covers sweethomes.tv. It does not cover other sites we link to — YouTube, Zillow, or our broadcast partners — which have their own policies.
Information we collect
What you give us
- Your email address, if you sign up for show news.
- Your name, email address and message, if you send a partnership or participation enquiry.
That is everything you type. There are no other forms on this site.
What we record automatically
When you submit one of those two forms, and only then, we also record:
- Your IP address, used to limit how many submissions can come from one address in a short window. This is how we stop automated abuse of the forms.
- The country your request came from, derived from that IP address.
Simply reading this site collects nothing. We do not run analytics, advertising pixels, session recording or any other tracking. We do not log which pages you view, how long you stay, or where you came from. If you never submit a form, we never record anything about you.
Sensitive information
We do not collect sensitive personal information.

We will not use your information for a materially different purpose without telling you first.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies. It uses no local storage, no analytics, no advertising pixels and no session recording. There is nothing to consent to and no preferences to manage, which is why you have not been shown a cookie banner.
The one exception is under your control: if you press play on a video, the
player is loaded from YouTube's youtube-nocookie.com domain, and
at that point YouTube receives your IP address and may set its own storage.
Nothing from YouTube loads until you press play.
Global Privacy Control. We honour the GPC signal. Since we do not sell or share personal information for advertising, there is currently nothing for it to switch off, but the site respects it and will continue to if that ever changes.
Do Not Track. We do not track you, so there is nothing for a Do Not Track signal to change.
Who we share it with
We use the following service providers. They process your information on our instructions and for no other purpose.

We also disclose information where we are legally required to, to protect our rights or someone's safety, and to a buyer or successor if the business is sold.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. There is no advertising technology on this site.

We previously recorded the browser identification string sent by your device. We stopped collecting it in September 2026 and deleted every one we had held.
Where it is stored
Your information is stored by Cloudflare and processed by service providers based in the United States. If you are in Canada or elsewhere outside the United States, your personal information is transferred to and stored in the United States, where it may be accessible to US authorities under US law.
How we protect it
The site is served over HTTPS only and instructs browsers to refuse an unencrypted connection. Credentials for our service providers are held as encrypted platform secrets, never in the site's code. The forms are rate limited against automated abuse. Access to submitted data requires a separate secret key held by a small number of people.
We have deliberately minimised what there is to protect: no tracking, no cookies, no profiles, and automatic deletion of the one identifier we do record.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Know and access what personal information we hold about you
- Correct anything inaccurate
- Delete your information
- Receive a copy in a portable format
- Opt out of any sale or sharing of your information
- Withdraw consent you previously gave, at any time
- Appeal if we refuse a request
- Not be treated differently for exercising any of these rights
How to exercise them
Email josh@wearespry.com. We will respond within 30 days and will tell you if we need longer. We may need to confirm your identity first, and will ask only for what is necessary to do that. Someone may make a request on your behalf with your written permission.
To stop receiving show news, use the unsubscribe link in any email we send — you do not need to contact us.
If we refuse a request, we will tell you why and how to appeal. You can also complain to your state Attorney General, the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada, or the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec.
California
In the past 12 months we collected the categories described above: identifiers (email address, name, IP address), and the contents of messages you chose to send us. We collected them from you directly, and from your request itself in the case of the IP address and country. We disclosed them to the service providers named above for the business purposes described. We did not sell or share any personal information, and we do not use or disclose sensitive personal information.
Canada
You may request access to your personal information and ask us to correct it. Contact Josh Hemingway at josh@wearespry.com. Because Spry LLC and Goliath Multi Media LLC are jointly responsible for this information, a request to Josh reaches both.
Automated decision-making
We do not use your personal information to make automated decisions about you. There is no profiling, scoring, ranking or personalisation on this site.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes
We will post any change here and update the date at the top. If a change is material we will say so on this page and, where we have a mailing address for you and the change affects you, by email. Previous versions are available on request.
